• Dollar Tree Stores Inc. announced that Roxanne Weng has been appointed as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Mike Kindy, who previously held the position, will retire.

• Hudson’s Bay Company has started to liquidate all of its remaining stores.

• National Vision Holdings, Inc. has appointed Alex Wilkes as its new CEO, effective August 1, 2025. Wilkes succeeds Reade Fahs, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman.

• Owens Corning has appointed Rachel Marcon as President of the company’s Doors Business. He will succeed Chris Ball, who recently resigned from the company.

• Jack in the Box Inc. reported it plans to close as many as 200 of its restaurants, with 80 to 120 closing this year.

• Killer Burger, Inc. announced Adam Sanders has been promoted to CEO, replacing John Dikos.

• McDonald’s Corporation announced Pat Myers has been named Chief People Officer of the United States. Jordann Nunn will transition into her role as Chief Field People Officer.
