• Laurel Grocery Co. is reportedly shutting down its wholesale operations.

• Parkland Corporation announced its President and CEO, Bob Espey, will step down by the end of the year.

• Plum Market plans to open a new 30,000 sq. ft. location in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, in spring 2026.

• Stinker Stores is reportedly selling 13 of its convenience stores in Colorado.

• T & T Supermarket Inc. will open its second location in Mississauga, ON. The 40,000 sq. ft. store will open in the summer of 2026.

• Vallarta Supermarkets will open a new 46,333 sq. ft. store this week in Los Angeles, CA.

• ABC Supply Co. Inc. announced Matt Belcher has been promoted to VP of its Southwest Region. Scott Toumbleston has been promoted to VP of its Southeast Region.

• Frank And Oak will close the majority of its stores soon, as it goes through a restructuring process.

• IKEA North America is opening new locations in Texas. A 63,000 sq. ft. store will open in Dallas later this year. Two other smaller format locations are planned to open in San Marcos and Rockwell.

• Kohl’s Corporation announced Scott Schnuckel, its Director of Real Estate, has left the company.

• PGA Tour Superstore, Inc. has announced Dick Sullivan, Executive Chairman and CEO, will retire from his CEO role later this summer.

• Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. has hired Mike Elsea for the newly created position of VP of Operations for its Southeastern locations.

• Vince Holding Corp. has named Yuji Okumura as its permanent CFO.

• Krystal Restaurants LLC has opened its first travel-center location in Tyler, TX.

• Restaurant Brands International has named Joel Yashinsky as Chief Marketing Officer of Burger King for the United States and Canada.

• Zaxbys Franchising Inc. recently opened its first location in Las Vegas, NV. The company plans to open more new locations in the city this year.
