• Designer Brands Inc. announced Doug Howe, President of DSW, has been appointed to succeed Roger Rawlins as the company’s CEO, effective April 1, 2023.
• Macy’s Inc. will open a new Bloomie’s store in downtown Seattle, WA, this year.

• Tuesday Morning Corp. said it has notified Nasdaq of its decision to voluntarily delist 487 stores.

• Dave & Buster’s co-founder James Corley has passed away at the age of 72.
• Marco’s has appointed Kristin Corcoran as VP and Corporate Counsel.
• TOMS King LLC, a Burger King franchisee, has declared bankruptcy. The company has blamed the pandemic and inflation for the filing and they plan to sell their restaurants.
• Walk-On’s has named Scott Taylor as CEO. Taylor will take over for company founder Brandon Landry who will transition to Chairman of the board of directors.
