• The Parker Companies announced Liz Howard has been appointed as the new VP of Operations. She will replace Chuck King, who is retiring.

• Performance Food Group announced its CFO, Jim Hope, will retire. Patrick Hatcher is set to assume the role in last quarter of 2022.

• Publix Super Markets Inc. announced it is rolling out curbside pharmacy pickup at stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia.

• QuikTrip Corp. is opening a non-gasoline convenience store in Tulsa, OK, with Amazon.com Inc.’s no-checkout technology.

• The Save Mart Companies reported it is closing all its pharmacies.

• Yesway is opening a new concept store in Lubbock, TX, called Allsup’s Express, that is tailored to college students.

• Cardinal Health Inc. reported Jason Hollar, the company’s current CFO will serve as its next CEO, effective Sept. 1. He will succeed Mike Kaufmann. Additionally, Patricia English, current Chief Accounting Officer, will serve as Interim CFO.

• Carhartt, Inc. tapped Susan Hennike as the company’s new Chief Brand Officer.

• JCPenney Company, Inc. has appointed Stephanie Plaines as its new CFO.

• Kinney Drugs announced James Clapp is joining as VP of Merchandising and Supply Chain.

• Kirkland’s Inc. has appointed Mike Madden as CFO, effective Sept. 1. He succeeds CFO and COO Nicole Strain, who is leaving the company.

• Kohl’s Corporation reported it has expanded its self-pickup service which is now available at all Kohl’s stores.

• Kohl’s Corporation announced Christie Raymond has been named Chief Marketing Officer.

• Office Depot LLC reported it is partnering with Uber to offer same-day delivery at its stores nationwide.

• Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. announced Justin Tichy, its current Chief Pet Care Center Officer will take on the additional role of COO. Darren MacDonald, Chief Digital and Innovation Officer, is taking on an expanded role as Chief Customer Officer. Jason Heffelfinger has been promoted to Chief Services Officer.
