• Raley’s Family of Fine Stores has promoted Craig Benson to Chief Information Technology Officer. Helen Singmaster has been promoted to Senior VP and General Counsel. Matt Hilbrink was named VP of Enterprise Risk and Asset Protection.

• Floor & Decor Outlets of America reported it is promoting CFO and Exec VP Trevor Lang to President.
• Jeld-Wen Holding, Inc. announced Kevin Lilly, Exec VP and CIO, has been appointed Interim CEO. Gary Michel has resigned from the company as Chairman, President and CEO.
• Primark USA announced it will open new stores in Lake Grove, NY, Hanover, MD, and Concord, NC. It will be the retailers first locations in Maryland and North Carolina. The company plans to have 60 stores in the U.S. by the end of 2026.
• Russin Lumber Corp. has hired Mike Catalina as Director of Sales.
• Signet Jewelers Limited reported that it will acquire online jewelry retailer Blue Nile Inc.
• Tapestry, Inc. reported Scott Roe, its current CFO, will take on the additional role of COO. He succeeds Tom Glaser who has decided to retire.
• ThredUp Inc. announced that Noelle Sadler has joined the company as its Chief Marketing Officer.
• Torrid Holdings Inc. has appointed Tim Martin as COO and CFO. He replaces Interim CFO Tanner MacDiarmid. In addition, Hyon Park was named as Chief Technology Officer of the retailer.

• Modern Restaurant Concepts has acquired Qdoba Mexican Eats for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2022.
