• Buc-ee’s Ltd. reported it plans to open its first store in Colorado. The 74,000 sq. ft. location will be in Johnstown.
• Dawn Foods Products Inc. hired Melissa Bautista as the company’s new VP of Manufacturing for North America and promoted Emily Gittins to VP, Global Corporate Controller.
• Foxtrot Ventures Inc has appointed Liz Williams as its new President and CFO.
• SpartanNash Company announced Greg Crane has joined the company as VP of Finance for Food Distribution.
• VP Racing Fuels has promoted Karen Madden to COO.
• Wawa Inc. plans to expand into the Nashville, TN, market. The retailer will open its first store in Nashville in 2025, with the potential for up to 40 stores in the market in the future.

• 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide Inc. has appointed Karl Sanft as its new President and CEO. He had been acting as Interim CEO.
• Amazon.com Inc. reported Dave Clark, CEO Consumer Worldwide, has resigned from the company and plans to leave on July 1.
• Cardinal Health announced it plans to open a new 208,000 sq. ft. distribution center in the Columbus, OH.
• Do it Best Corp. promoted Maggie Radyn to Merchandise Manager Safety, General Merchandise. The company also announced Jason Hanegan has been promoted to National Sales Manager. Jason Kretschmer has been hired as a Warehouse General Manager. Joe Stuber has been hired as a Database Administrator. Trey Villagomez has been hired as a Digital Marketing Manager.
• McCoy’s Building Supply announced that Rob Perrone has been promoted to Director of Merchandising Hardlines. Lisa Barrett has been promoted to Director of Store Planning and Visual Merchandising.
• Peloton Interactive Inc. announced it has appointed Liz Coddington as its CFO.
• PPG Architectural Coatings announced that Joe Gette has been named VP, General Counsel and Secretary.
• Target Corporation reported it has plans to build five new distribution centers over the next two fiscal years.
• Walmart Stores Inc. will open four fulfillment centers dedicated to e-commerce during the next three years. They will be located in Joliet, IL; McCordsville, IN; Lancaster, TX; and Greencastle, PA.

• Chili’s has hired Kevin Hochman to become their CEO. Hochman has left his position at KFC and will replace Wyman Roberts.
