• Cubby’s Inc. has finalized its acquisition of Brady’s Meats & Foods in Fremont, NE.
• The Save Mart Companies announced it is expanding its partnership with Instacart, launching its Curbside Pickup at all Save Mart and FoodMaxx grocery stores in Northern Nevada.
• SpartanNash Company reported it has partnered with DoorDash to provide on-demand service to its corporate-run supermarkets and independent grocery customers.
Retail
• Bath & Body Works reported Andrew Meslow, its CEO, is resigning on May 12.
• Best Buy Co. Inc. will open four outlet stores this summer and fall, in Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Manassas, VA, and Phoenix, AZ. The retailer plans to double its outlet store count during the next year, expanding from 16 locations to 32.
• Boise Cascade LLC has announced that Joanna Barney has been promoted to VP, Western Operations, Building Materials Distribution division, and Troy Little has been promoted to VP, Finance and Commodity Sales, Wood Products Division.
• Carhartt, Inc. has named Chad Cornstubble the company’s Senior VP of Direct to Consumer.
• Eddie Bauer Inc. announced its CEO Damien Huang is leaving the company.
• Five Below Inc. reported it will open its first outlet store this summer. The 8,881 sq. ft. location will open in Pearl, MS, early this summer.
• Foot Locker Inc. and Adidas America announced an enhanced partnership between the two retailers. Adidas said Foot Locker will also play a key role when it launches its new sportswear product.
• The Hershey Company announced Dave Onorato plans to retire from the company later this year.
• JCPenney Company, Inc. has named John Aylward as Chief Marketing Officer, effective June 6.
• Party City Holdco Inc. reported it plans to remodel approximately 125 store locations by the end of 2022.
• Target Corporation has announced that Cara Sylvester has been appointed as Exec VP and Chief Guest Experience Officer, a newly created position. Brett Craig has been promoted to Exec VP and CIO, succeeding Mike McNamara, who is slated to retire next year. Christina Hennington will assume additional responsibility for Target in India. Target has promoted Matt Zabel to Exec VP and General Counsel.
• Wayfair LLC also announced the upcoming retirement of CFO Michael Fleisher. Kate Gulliver, current Chief People Officer, will take on the role in November.

• Freshii has promoted CFO Daniel Haroun to CEO. Founder Matthew Corrrin has become Executive Chairman and Victor Diab has been hired as CFO.
• Fuzzy’s Taco Shop has added catering to their online ordering options.
• Jersey Mike’s is testing drone delivery in North Carolina.
• Shipley Do-Nuts has signed franchise deals to open 30 locations in Georgia with the first opening later this year.
• Taco John’s has launched a new loyalty program for customers.
• The Dolly Llama has now opened a new location in Dallas, TX.
• Twin Peaks has opened a new location in Auburn Hills, MI.
• US Foods Inc. has fired CEO Pietro Satriano after facing pressure from shareholders.
• Zaxby’s has hired Michelle Morgan as Chief People Officer.
