• Casper Sleep Inc. reported it is going private. The retailer also announced Emilie Arel has been appointed as CEO.

• Dollar General Corp. has launched grocery delivery service via DoorDash at more than 9,000 of its store locations, and the retailer plans to expand the service to more than 10,000 stores by December.

• Dollar General Corp. recently celebrated the opening of its 18,000th store location.

• Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. announced it will open an athletic resort and coworking facility in Chicago’s River North neighborhood in early 2022.

• Solstice Sunglasses sought bankruptcy protection and has been able to emerge from Chapter 11 with fewer store locations.

• Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. and VillageMD announced they will open 20 full-service primary care clinics at Walgreens stores in the Tampa, FL, area during the next year. The companies will also open 20 care clinics at Walgreens stores in the Dallas, TX, area during the next year.
