• National Association of Convenience Stores is suing the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration over its COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard for employees with 100 or more employees.

• KFC is rolling out a new ordering system called Quick Pick-Up. The new system will allow customers to skip the drive-thru by ordering online and grabbing their order off of a designated shelf in the store. The new system was designed after drive-thru wait times skyrocketed during the pandemic.
