• Abercrombie & Fitch Co. announced Zappos.com will be the retailer’s exclusive U.S. e-commerce partner, starting with women’s and kids’ products. In addition, Abercrombie in collaboration with Zappos is launching a footwear collection for women.
• Adidas is selling Reebok to Authentic Brands Group.
• Altar’d State said it plans to open its first standalone Arula store in October, with more locations to follow.
• Amazon.com Inc. is opening six new buildings in Florida, a robotics fulfillment center and five new delivery stations in 2022.
• Builders FirstSource, Inc. reported that it has acquired WTS Paradigm, LLC, a software solutions and services provider.
• Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. has redesigned its Golf Galaxy store in Framingham, MA, and will reopen it on August 28 under the new banner Golf Galaxy Performance Center.
• Frank and Oak announced it will open its first U.S. store in New York City this fall.
• Glossier Inc. recently opened a new store in Seattle, WA. The retailer plans to open a new location in Los Angeles, CA, in the fall.
• Hudson’s Bay Company reported it plans to separate its Hudson’s Bay stores and e-commerce business into two separate businesses. The stores will operate as Hudson’s Bay. The retailer’s e-commerce entity will operate as The Bay.
• Macy’s Inc. is partnering with Toys R Us to offer shop-in-shops inside more than 400 Macy’s store locations next year.
• The Neiman Marcus Group has appointed Renee Paradise as Senior VP of Digital Business and Customer Strategy.
• Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. recently introduced the myWalgreens Mastercard and MyWalgreens Credit Card.
