• Punch Bowl Social has appointed Robert Cornog Jr. and Richard Flaherty as co-CEOs. The company has recently emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy that was caused by COVID-19.

• The Small Business Administration has sent out over 3,000 letters rescinding promised grants from the Restaurant Revitalization Fund due to court judgements that found the grants discriminatory.
