• PCC Natural Markets announced Dana Montanari has been promoted to Chief People Officer, and Darrell Vannoy has been promoted to Senior VP of Merchandising and Promotion.

• SpartanNash Company announced Adrienne Chance has joined the company as VP of Communications, succeeding Meredith Gremel, who retired.

• Chipotle Mexican Grill is being sued by the New York City Department of Consumer Worker Protections for not following the Fair Work Week Law. The suit alleges the company owes $150 million to workers and $300 million to the city for violations.

• Epic Wings has signed a franchise agreement to open 39 locations in Nevada, California, and Texas.
