• Chipotle Mexican Grill is being sued by the New York City Department of Consumer Worker Protections for not following the Fair Work Week Law. The suit alleges the company owes $150 million to workers and $300 million to the city for violations.
• Epic Wings has signed a franchise agreement to open 39 locations in Nevada, California, and Texas.
• Little Caesar Enterprises Inc. has named Jeremy Vitaro as Chief Development Officer. The company is also planning to add more than 50 franchised locations to Portland and Seattle by 2026.
• Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs has partnered with Meatless Farm to debut a plant-based hotdog. The item will be available at select location in May and the company will be offering one free hotdog to guests.
