• Roti Mediterranean Grill will be closing 14 of their locations this year due to COVID-19. The company plans to reopen 14 other locations that were temporarily shuttered last year.

• Velvet Taco restaurants with drive-thru lanes have produced at a 25% higher rate than those without. Drive-thru lanes and other digital ordering platforms have become more important during the COVID-19 pandemic.
