• Amazon.com Inc. confirmed that additional Amazon Fresh locations are underway in Long Beach, CA, Woodland Park, NJ, Bellevue, WA and Seattle, WA.
• Buc-ee’s Ltd. will open its first location in the state of Florida this month, in St. Augustine. Construction is underway in Daytona Beach for a second Florida location that is scheduled to open in March.
• Cubby’s Inc. announced Mike Wilson has joined the company as the new COO.
• Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. has entered into a purchase agreement for a sale-leaseback transaction involving 22 convenience-store properties in Hawaii.
• US Foods Inc. announced all 72 Smart Foodservice Warehouse Stores will be rebranded as US Foods Chef’Stores effective March 1.

• Adidas America said it plans to sell or spin-off the Reebok brand.
• Dick’s Sporting Goods Inc. is opening five new stores this month. A Dick’s Sporting Goods in Concord, NC, and four Warehouse Sale locations in Friendswood, TX, Oklahoma City, OK, Deer Park, NY, and Kissimmee, FL.
• Five Below Inc. plans to open 170 to 180 stores across the country during the next nine months.
• General Nutrition Centers, Inc. has announced that Josh Burris will assume the role of CEO. In addition, the retailer appointed Cam Lawrence as CFO.
• La-Z-Boy Inc. announced that Kurt L. Darrow will retire from his positions as President and CEO on April 25, 2021. He will remain Chairman. Melinda D. Whittington will take on his roles. Robert G. Lucian will become the new CFO.
• Macy’s, Inc. announced that Xingchu Liu has joined the company as Senior VP, Enterprise Data & Analytics.
• National Lumber Co. reported that Michael McDole, Senior VP of Sales, is retiring effective March 31. The company also announced the promotion of Dean Wagar to Senior VP of Sales.
• Recreational Equipment Inc. has promoted Dan Shull to Senior VP, Chief Technology Officer.
• Target Corporation announced the appointment of Christina Hennington to the new role of Exec VP and Chief Growth Officer. Jill Sando will become the company’s Exec VP and Chief Merchandising Officer. Rick Gomez has been named Exec VP and Chief Food and Beverage Officer. Stephanie Lundquist announced her plans to depart. Cara Sylvester has been promoted to Exec VP and Chief Marketing and Digital Officer. Katie Boylan has been promoted to Exec VP and Chief Communications Officer.
