 84 Lumber Co. has promoted Bethany Cypher to VP of Real Estate and Development.

 Arc’teryx Equipment Inc. announced the appointment of Stuart Haselden to the newly-created role of CEO. He succeeds President Jon Hoerauf, who is leaving the company.

 At Home Group Inc. has opened three new stores in Nanuet, NY, Johnstown, CO, and Ocean Township, NJ. The company will also open a store in San Jose, CA, later this month.

 Casper has named Charles Liu as COO, George Poulios as VP of Retail, Real Estate and Store Development, and Dara Williams as Chief People and Diversity Officer.

 Crocs Inc. announced longtime Nike executive Emma Minto is joining the company as Senior VP and General Manager, overseeing all operations for the Americas.

 Everlane has hired its first Chief Marketing Officer. Sophie Bambuck joins the retailer from Nike Inc.

 GameStop Holdings Corp. has appointed Matt Francis to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer. Kelli Durkin was named Senior VP of Customer Care, and Josh Krueger was named VP of Fulfillment.

 The Home Depot Inc. has opened a new distribution center in Dallas, TX.

 L Brands, Inc. announced that Stuart Burgdoerfer will retire as CFO of L Brands and Interim CEO of Victoria’s Secret. Martin Waters, currently CEO of Victoria’s Secret Lingerie, has been promoted to CEO of Victoria’s Secret Stores.

 The Neiman Marcus Group appointed Bob Kupbens as Exec VP, Chief Product and Technology Officer. Katie Mullen, currently Chief Innovation Officer, will leave the company this summer.

 Nordstrom Inc. announced today that Alix Box has joined the company as Senior VP, Regional Manager for Canada.

 US LBM Holdings, LLC has acquired Villaume Industries, a manufacturer in Minnesota.

 Vitamin Shoppe Industries appointed Brian Hoke as VP and GMM. He succeeds Day Gooch, who is now VP Quality and Commercialization.

 Wausau Supply Company has opened three new distribution centers in West Unity, OH, Murfreesboro, TN, and Butte, MT.

 Westlake Ace Hardware will acquire Town Center Hardware, operator of a store in Kirkland, WA, as well as Lake Forest Park, WA. When the sale is finalized next month, the stores will be rebranded as Westlake Ace Hardware. Both locations will be remodeled starting in summer 2021.

 Blaze Pizza has hired Chris Demery as Chief Technology Officer.

 I Heart Mac & Cheese will be opening two new locations in Phoenix, AZ this year.

 Landry’s Restaurants Inc. will be going public through a merger with Fast Acquisition Corp. a special purpose acquisition corporation. Tilman Fertitta will retain a majority stake in the company and remain CEO.

 MooYah Burgers & Fries will be opening a new location in New York, NY.

 Pizza Guys has plans to open six new locations in California over the next several months.

 Qdoba Mexican Grill has opened a new location in Brighton, MI.

 Starbucks Corporation is planning to add more plant-based items to their menus later this year. The company already has a location in Seattle that is serving completely plant-based products.

 YUM! Brands Inc. has promoted Tracy Skeans to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Skeans will also be retaining her current role as Chief People Officer for the company.
