 Southeastern Grocers has launched their initial public offering with 8.9 million shares of common stock available.

 84 Lumber Co. announced Joe Weston has been promoted to VP of Cost Forecasting & Pricing while Rich Scalise has been named as its new VP of Inventory Management.

 Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. announced that C. Eric Swank, COO, will be leaving the company at the end of February.

 Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC announced it has named Marko Ibrahim as President of Retail Operations.

 Conn’s HomePlus is opening two new locations and a distribution center in Florida. The new stores will open next month in Tampa and Bradenton, and the distribution center will be in Lakeland.

 Smoker Friendly plans to grow the company store count to 300 to 500 stores over the next few years.

 Ike’s Love & Sandwiches has opened a new location in El Segundo, CA.

 Landry’s Restaurants Inc. is potentially in talks to go public. The company has not confirmed the rumors and the company was taken private in 2010.

 Long John Silver’s Inc. has promoted Blain Shortreed to CEO. Shortreed previously served as the company’s COO.

 Pieology Pizzeria has signed a new franchise agreement that will begin by bringing a new location to Ohio in March.

 Pizza Factory has hired Rob Searfus as a Franchise business coach.

 Premier Food Concepts, LLC has named Steve Holliday as COO. Holliday will replace Sean Allemah who has departed from the company.

 Sonic America’s Drive-In has plans to expand into the international market over the next few years. The international expansion will be testing new store formats that are more flexible in size.
