• Coborn’s Inc. has promoted Dave Meyer to COO. The company also announced that Troy Vosburgh has joined Coborn’s as VP of Fresh Merchandising. In addition, Dusty Kerssen was named Senior Director of Human Resources, Chris Schlichting was named Director of Continuous Improvement, and Peter Coborn was named Director of Strategic Pricing.
• Core-Mark Holding Co. Inc. announced Chris Hobson has been named the company’s Exec VP and COO. Andy Newkirk was promoted to Senior VP of Operations.
• RaceTrac Petroleum Inc. opened a new convenience store in Alabama, marking the chain’s reentry into the state after 15 years. The company plans to build more stores in Alabama through 2025.
• Schnuck Markets Inc. announced Ted Schnuck has been promoted to VP of Fresh.

• Ashley Stewart has named Gary Sheinbaum as CEO.
• Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. has appointed Kristi Argyilan as Senior VP, Brand Innovation. In addition, Jim Reath was named as Senior VP, Marketing.
• Curtis Lumber Co. Inc. announced that it has acquired Wiley Bros., Inc.
• CVS Health announced Laurie Havanec is joining the company as Exec VP and Chief People Officer, effective Feb. 8. She will succeed Lisa Bisaccia, who is retiring.
• Family Video announced it is closing all its remaining stores.
• IKEA North America has opened its first smaller format store in the U.S. The store in Queens, NY, is 115,000 sq. ft.
• Jaeger Lumber & Supply Co. announced that it has acquired West Essex Building Supply Co. Inc.
• La-Z-Boy Inc. announced the appointment of Robert Sundy as Senior VP and Chief Commercial Officer.
• Love’s Furniture Inc. has filed for bankruptcy protection. The retailer hopes to emerge from bankruptcy with less inventory and a reduced portfolio of 12 stores.
• Tiffany & Co. announced it has named Anthony Ledru as CEO of the company.
• Urban Outfitters Inc. announced Trish Donnelly, CEO, will be leaving the company as of January 31, 2021, to pursue a new career opportunity. Sheila Harrington will become CEO for both Urban Outfitters Group and Free People Group. Additionally, Gabrielle Conforti, currently the Chief Merchandising Officer for the Urban Outfitters brand, has been promoted to President, Urban Outfitters North America.

• Classic Restaurants LLC is planning to open a new drive-thru only concept for their Southern Classic Chicken franchise.
• Dave’s Hot Chicken has opened their first international location in Toronto.
• Eureka! Restaurant Group announced the CEO Justin Nedelman has left the company and they have promoted Eric Berman to the newly created position of President.
• Farmer Boys Food Inc. has launched a new value menu that will be available at all locations.
• Krasdale Foods Inc. has promoted Cynthia Ramos to Chief Sales Officer and Howie Kent has been named Director of category management.
• Inspire Brands has promoted Navin Sharma to the newly created role of Chief Commercial Services Officer.
• Main Event Entertainment, LP has hired Tony Wehner as COO.
• Marco’s Pizza has promoted Tony Libardi to President and co-CEO. He will serve alongside current CEO Jack Butorac during a long-term transition period.
• MGM Resorts International has hired Jonathan Halkyard as CFO. Previous CFO Corey Sanders was appointed as COO.
• Muscle Maker Inc. has launched a second ghost kitchen location in Philadelphia. The company is also planning to launch five virtual concepts this year. A new burger concept and a smoothie concept are planned to launch in Chicago within the next month.
• Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs is now available in Canada through third-party delivery apps.
• Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. is expanding their partnership with Donatos Pizzeria LLC and plans to bring Donatos Pizza to 120 Red Robin Restaurants this year. There are currently 79 Red Robin Restaurants that feature Donatos pizza.
