• Doctor’s Associates Inc. (95) announced that Chief Development Officer Don Fertman, Chief Financial Officer Dave Worroll, and Senior Vice President of the International Division Ian Martin have resigned. Bill McCane has taken over duties of the Chief Development Officer.

• Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop Inc. is testing out an Impossible® Cheese Steak sandwich in select Las Vegas locations.

• Fazoli’s Restaurant LLC will debut a plant based meat sauce that will use Impossible® meat product.

• Peet’s Coffee & Tea Inc. has announced a merger with European packaged coffee company Jacobs Douwe Egberts. Peet’s will be renamed JDE Peet and they are exploring taking the company public.

• Jack in the Box Restaurants has announced a sale of its San Diego headquarters to the Unified School District. Jack in the box will lease the facility for 18 months as it transitions to a new headquarters.

• Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is opening a new location in Montclair, CA.

• Slim Chickens hit 100 units with its latest location opening in Little Rock, AR. The chain also plans to open 31 new locations in 2020.

• The Halal Guys Inc. opened their 95^th location in Duluth, GA.
