• McCoy’s Building Supply (61) has named Jason Harrison as Store Manager of its San Antonio, TX store. Brian Oney has been named Store Manager of McCoy’s Orange, TX location and Chris Rodriguez is the company’s new Store Manager in Midland, TX.
• Tractor Supply Co. (38) has promoted Mary Winn Pilkington to Senior VP of Investor Relations and Public Relations.

• Ace Hardware Corp. announced its acquisition of the home-improvement service chain Handyman Matters.
• American Construction Source has acquired Contractor’s Truss Systems, based in Cotter, AR.
• BMC Stock Holdings Inc. has acquired Heritage One Door & Carpentry, a supplier of pre-hung doors, millwork, hardware and finish carpentry services in Sacramento, CA.
• HD Supply Construction & Industrial- White Cap has acquired Houston-based Presto Maintenance Supply.
• Randall Brothers Inc. announced it has acquired PMC Building Materials.
Real Estate
• 84 Lumber Co. will open its largest location, a 92,000 sq. ft. facility, this November in Richmond, VA. The new space will include a traditional store and lumberyard, as well as a door shop and a manufacturing facility.
• ABC Supply Co. Inc. has recently opened new locations in Auburn, NY, Sharonville, OH and La Miranda, CA.
• Kuiken Brothers Co. Inc. has opened a new residential and commercial building materials location in Newark, NJ.
• L&W Supply announced it has opened its latest location in Fisherville, VA.
• McCoy’s Building Supply has opened its latest location in Bay City, TX. The new 18,000 sq. ft. store features a drive-thru lumberyard. Store Manager Tyler Montgomery leads the store team.
• Menard Inc. announced plans to build its first store in Pennsylvania. The 200,000 sq. ft. location will be in South Union Township at the Fayette County Business Park. The company also announced plans are underway for two locations in West Virginia.
• Tractor Supply Co. has opened its 1,800th store in Berkshire Township, OH.
