• Boise Cascade LLC has reached an agreement to acquire American Lumber Distributors and Brokers, Inc., headquartered in Birmingham, AL. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2019.

• The Gordon Lumber Company announced that it will consolidate two “redundant” retail operations. The company’s limited service Bellevue and Bowling Green lumberyards will be consolidated into full-line contractor and retail lumberyards in Fremont, Genoa, Huron and Port Clinton.
