Last month, the Chain Store Guide research team leveraged our Leading Chain Tenants database to provide our readers and clients with a head’s up on a number of fast-casual and quick-serve restaurant chains that are in expansion mode and looking for space.
This month, we take a look at the new restaurant concepts and companies we’ve added to the Leading Chain Tenants database in just the last six weeks. In that time, the team has added 43 companies in the foodservice space, alone, each with five or more units.
Here’s a further look at the numbers: Within those 43 new company records are a total of 95 personnel (with detailed contact information). These 43 companies represent 330 existing locations.
The companies include a number of concepts CSG has earmarked as poised for growth, including Pokeworks, Rapid Fired Pizza, and CoreLife Eatery, fast-casual concepts we project will double store counts with 10-15 new stores each in the next 12 months.
Check out graphic below that maps these companies by HQ location and provides additional information.
LCT Database Note: For current subscribers and clients, we’ve recently moved Amazon.com Inc. records into our Leading Chain Tenant database as the company now meets the minimum operating requirement of five retail locations.
