These fast-casual and quick-serve restaurant chains are poised for growth. Two – likely familiar to many observers – look to take their operations to the next level right now by adding 100+ units this year with even bigger plans in the near term. The other two aren’t household names yet, but the next 12 months mark a significant step in their nationwide expansion plans.

All of these organizations have one thing in common – a growing need for commercial real estate space.
