According to the company, American Apparel will obtain the ability to secure card payments at the POS with both point-to-point encryption (P2PE) and EMV authentication. Mobile payments will also be accepted.
• The North Face will launch a Watson-powered mobile shopping application in April 2016 that allows shoppers to speak with the artificial intelligence computer for use within a retail environment.

•Golub Corporation, which operates the Price Chopper supermarket chain in the Northeast, has selected Park City Group’s Scan-based Trading solution to assist in vendor collaboration through direct-store delivery.
• Tops Markets is employing sales modules from Profitect to leverage advanced analytics, with a focus on improving loss prevention and customer service efforts.

• Checkers Drive-In Restaurants utilized Buxton’s web-based analytics platform to help identify growth opportunities through a customized real estate model.
• Papa John’s is utilizing transportation modeling capabilities from the Manhattan Associates Transportation Management Solution.
