Potbelly Corporation recently announced its sales results for 2015. For the year, revenues rose 14 percent and same-store sales rose 4.4 percent. The company opened 53 new sandwich shops in 2015, including its first franchised shop in the United Kingdom. The restaurant chain expects as many as 65 new locations in 2016 in new and existing markets.
