Urban Outfitters Inc. unveiled a new concept that includes multiple floors of merchandise and a swanky restaurant. Space Ninety 8 opened last weekend in Brooklyn, NY. The specialty retail company operates over 500 locations across five other retail brands: Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, Terrain, and BHLDN. Merchandise offered includes apparel, footwear, accessories and home decor.

The five-level Space Ninety 8 store is located in a renovated warehouse and has an industrial look, complete with exposed ceilings and brick walls. The basement houses a rotating lineup of pop-up shops. The level will be dedicated to a single brand’s pop-up, and the inaugural tenant is Adidas Originals. The first floor includes a market space featuring a curated selection of goods from local made artisans and designers. Special one-of-a-kind pieces will make up the majority of the merchandise. The first floor is also home to a vintage shop called Urban Renewal and a shoe boutique.

The second floor includes Urban Outfitters’ women’s collections, as well as beauty products and home goods. The store’s third floor contains the men’s collections, and also a corner of records, record players and books. The fourth floor features Gorbals, an East Coast outpost of a trendy Los Angeles restaurant opened by former Top Chef winner Ilan Hall. The building also has a rooftop which is an outdoor extension of the restaurant and bar space. The views from the rooftop include the Williamsburg Bridge, the World Trade Center, and The Empire State Building.
