Personnel Updates:
AmerisourceBergen on Monday announced that Michael DiCandilo, the company’s EVP and CFO, has left the company to pursue other interests, effective immediately. Also effective immediately, Tim Guttman, ABC’s VP and corporate controller since 2002, will serve as acting CFO. AmerisourceBergen has engaged an executive search firm to manage the recruitment of a new CFO.
Ulta has announced that it is implementing a CFO succession plan after Gregg Bodnar, the company’s CFO and assistant secretary, informed the company that he will be stepping down from his current position.

Financial Focus:
BioScrip Inc. reported fiscal 2011 sales of $1.818 billion.
Life Time Fitness reported fiscal 2011 sales of $1.01 billion.

Regis Corp. will eliminate half of its 50 brands and close no more than 10% of its 7,500+ company-owned stores across North America.

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is collaborating with Tampa, FL‘s Moffitt Cancer Centerto provide an expanded access full service retail pharmacy opening July 2. Currently, Moffitt’s retail pharmacy offers specialized convenience to patients treated at Moffitt on an outpatient basis, Moffitt employees and their dependents and other cancer center visitors.

Walgreens will open a 24,000-sq. ft. flagship store in Boston modeled after recently opened locations in New York City and Chicago.
